Jeffrey Warren is the founder and principle of Jeffrey Warren Consulting, a boutique firm fusing diverse analytic factors spanning political, social, economic, technical, and physical geographies to provide broadly multidisciplinary insight to a select client base. Aside from co-authoring several technology, intelligence, and international relations themed reports submitted to various government agencies, his work has been entirely in the private sector.

The primary architect and executive-in-charge of an enterprise-wide reorganization for an established group of professional video services companies from June 2015 through August 2017, Mr. Warren functioned successively as Senior Business Analyst and Director of Corporate Development, ultimately serving as Chief Operating Officer. Although previously lacking a video background, he sparked and guided process improvements across the enterprise. He also served as the interim General Manager for constituent technical services and creative content companies, whilst leading the firms' executive searches.

Until resigning in June 2011 to pursue a graduate degree and full-time analytic work, Mr. Warren was the Director of Engineering and Chief Engineer at a niche internationally-recognized electronics design firm, where he filled numerous technical and management positions from May 2000. He continues to provide engineering, technical, manufacturing, and management consulting services to a limited number of clients in this specialist field.

Mr. Warren holds a Master of Arts in Intelligence Studies from American Military University (2012) and a Bachelor of Science in Mass Communication and Electronics from Middle Tennessee State University (2000), both of which were awarded with highest honors designations.

In his spare time, Mr. Warren enjoys relaxing with family and friends, reading, cooking, and hiking. He currently resides in the U.S.
